Request Form (JSON)
Requests can be sent directly to Casablanca Cloud Systems. Based on the data received, an offer can be sent directly to the guest, depending on availability. For the transmission of an automatic offer, the following criteria must be given:
- Period must be available for the desired category
- There must be a rate with stored price for the requested category (taking into account restrictions)
If the category is no longer available or the system cannot calculate a price, the guest will automatically receive an info mail that the request has been received. The reception will also be informed by mail that a new request has been received, or whether an offer has already been sent or not. All received data will be directly transferred to the hotel software.

However, it is also possible to import requests without this mechanism. In this case, the guest will always receive only an info mail, even if availability etc. would be given.
Transmission of the request
The import of inquiries is possible via our Casablanca Online Systems (Public API). All required informations (like roomtypes, meals-plans, etc.) can also be retrieved via this API.
